Here are some ideas for Scarlett, but keep in mind the links are simply for reference, and they don't need to be purchased from there. We are very open to used/thrifted gifts!

Games:

• Any board games that would be suitable for a 2-3 year old.

Pretend Play:

• Toy Cash Register
• Baby Doll Stroller
• Taco Night Play Set
• Ice Cream Play Set

Misc.:

• Li'l Woodzeez Forest Characters
• Little People Sets: Encanto, Moana, Frozen or any other disney princess characters.
• Tonies: Mirabel, Moana, Elsa, Belle
  

Clothes:

Size 3t would be good for immediate wear or for this coming summer! Still a sucker for woodland prints, but Scarlett also loves disney princesses now so she will be thrilled with that as well!
